TikTok should not be banned from the US

The US government should not ban TikTok because many people use this app as a way of making money. TikTok has become Americanized in many different ways and it has become a part of American culture and a part of an American's daily life.

Tiktok's parent company ByteDance has to abide by Chinese law.
TikTok's data storage are in the United States and Singapore.

TikTok's parent company ByteDance has to abide by Chinese law.  The Chinese government has a history of stealing information and hacking.  Who knows if TikTok is just a way for the Chinese government to steal U.S. citizen's information.


TikTok's data storage facilities are in the United States and Singapore.  This means that none of the data is actually going to China.


Many people would lose their jobs if they were to lose TikTok which is their main platform of income. As a result, some people would be forced to stop spending into the market which would be bad for the US economy. 


The US government should not ban TikTok because many people use this app as a way of making money. TikTok has become Americanized in many different ways and it has become a part of American culture and a part of an American's daily life.
