AI will create millions more jobs
Say's law implies an increase in productivity in one industry will increase productivity in all other industries allowing wages to rise
Robots will not cause mass unemployment

Robots will be taking up jobs that can easily be done by them which would force the people who previously had those jobs to become unemployed. Many of these jobs don't require much education and these unemployed people most likely are not able to get a better education to find a new job.
